BENEFITS
Kaffir lime is a citrus fruit native to tropical Southeast Asia. With both calming and uplifting abilities, Kaffir lime essential oil can dissipate anxious feelings, while simultaneously providing cleansing and purifying to rejuvenate skin. The terpene sabinene in kaffir lime peel oil is antibacterial, antifungal, and antioxidant. Frequently used in massage therapy for its calming benefits. It’s intensified level of anti-inflammatory compounds make it a natural pain reliever.
 
USES
Aroma: add  2 or 3 drops in 100 mL water together with an oil burner to create a pleasant scent and repels the insects.

Therapy: dilute with a carrier oil to reward yourself and discover the pleasure with a aromatherapy body massage.

Steam: use 4 or 5 drops for the steam and sauna to bring antibacterial, antiviral and anti inflammatory.
Drinks: place 1 or 2 drops in hot water with other ingredient to make a detox drinks or herbal tea.
 
CAUTIONS
Don't apply pure undiluted essential oil directly to the skin. Possible skin sensitivity. Keep of out reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Keep in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
